Jewellery collection "Queens gold" was created as prototype at Meissen Porcelain Factory. Inspired by 200 year old plaster mould elements.
You have one week from the time of receiving the product to exchange for different one only if the product hasn't been used. Note you are responsible for shipping costs both ways. There is no money refunds only exchanges possible due to unique nature of the products. If the product is damaged due to misuse you will need to cover fixing costs with the postage expenses.
