OVARIAN HOLLY SET
2022-2023
“Ovarian Holly Set” is an upgraded and upcycled porcelain set in gold, which was primarily made as a “Holly set” collection - a response to the commission for a "Eucharistic set".
In an attempt of upgrading already created objects, I repaint them into a new body of work.
It became a special body of work together with installations from "Ovarian" and "Mine is Bigger than Yours"
In my practice, by consequently executing new pieces and using previously created symbols I add value and symbolism of fertility, rebirth, strength, and faith in life.
Only two Collections have been created.
